My first purification breakthrough pill gave me +5 power 2nd 1 gave me +7 and 3rd 1 gave me +9 power but those 3 breakthrough gave me in total +14 more initiave ,injury etc

purification breaktrough pills are mostly whali*ems. When you have all your breaktroughs to level 10 is a sure way to get a better boost to initiative. If you aren't a whale that item is close to be useless for you.

The gives you +1% on the purification of that item. It costs a lot and it's only viable on rank 10 equip (it gives you 6.65 for each stat). On a rank 10 item it gives you around 14-15 power.

it works quite good if you are at the top tier fights as it will give you slightly bit of stats more..from power you dont get almost anything, but in the future will come handy.. so its a good invest for the future.. i will recommend you to stack them up and when you reach at a high power and fix your purifications quite good enough all purple/orange just stack all of them in your best gear with the best purifications inside, for example if you have 98% and more in the gear then go ahead and do it. but make sure you put them in the strongest gear.

they dont really increase power dramatically, but they increase stats
