You could try iruka, normal naruto, gaara too with crimson fist full shielding mode.

Well first your biggest issue is not doing it with wind main.

Wind Main because she can blind 2 ninjas ona passive. You need to hit 4th Raikage and Cee. If you can't blind both of them then use the blinding mystery on Cee if 4th Raikage is blinded. Then run Normal Gaara to get rid of the barrier to reduce some of that damage. Of course you need iruka and sage naruto unless you find some replacement for them like Ao or Neji then you can probably run normal Naruto.

But if you don't get the blind reset.

remember something , Normal Gaara is the mvp for the ninja exams.. his dmg is way too good even in low power ! i am way too much overpowered for ninja exams but normal gaara is working so good even at low power level guys !! you should include him inside, as he is wind and he does extra dmg to lightning guys as well.. his mystery is big dmg output ! plus he is stealing the barrier, good luck ! i guess same as the other guys told you, you can go with iruka - sage naruto normal gaara or bee ( 7 swords) sage naruto or normal naruto if you dont have sage !

Also don't forget sometimes you do need Kazekage Gaara instead just for his Auto Barrier or his CC that he offers!
