Upon drawing the 20th pull in my other acc, i got GNW Tenten from my 10th pull and Omoi at 20th, My question is this a bug or just RNG?

Im talking about the Land of lightning Treasure

It is possible to get rare or super rare from even the first pull. It is just very rare and low chance to get, but possible. So you are lucky xD
