im already draw like 90+ seal scroll on kage teasure, but no any purple ninja i get

i just only got temari 2x fu yamanaka 1x mabui 1x and kisame 1x

my friend says "you will got purple ninja when you draw 60 sealscroll" but im spend 90+ only got blue ninja.

i see on forum like that too 60 for purple
