By what you said you used 40, since you got 4 commons, not 90.

^ From what it looks like you only did 40 pulls since the blue ninjas are 10 pulls each so if you do 20 more pulls you should get your first rare

It's actually just 10 more seal scrolls for the first rare since that guy got Temari 2 times.

maybe u think that the pulls on other treasures count, happened to me years ago lol, draw 10 more and u will achieve 60.

it's between 60-70 on the SAME treasure. it doesn't work if you, for instance, spent 40 on Deva treasure/junchuuriki and then 50 on kage. I've pulled 60 seals on Junchuuriki I but no Yagura or Killer B. So, I'm expecting to be atn 70.
