So i've asked around and i've noticed that most of my group members got 15+ convoy licenses...meanwhile i have gotten only 2, one in the first day of new plunder/convoy sistem, and 1 more 3 days after, nothing ever since...Is there anyone like me, or did my account get bugged?Or I don't get them anymore because they saw i was recharging and they were like "Meh, that guy does not need them, he just recharged"

I feel you bruh, I'm not sure if this game is based on account luck. My current account so far have the worst luck possible while other account on another server had really good rng thru since day 1.

Hi! based on my knowledge, the licenses can only be found from S rank and lower missions. It is highly based on chance and doing SS missions will not reward you the licenses.
