Okay, so I decided to Recharge from the mini client and use my card, the card said said that it needed further authentication and verification, and the payment didn't go through. After a minute have passed, my bank company sent me a text about a * purchase of the amount I tried to recharge for and it said that the purchase was going out to a toy company in Gent, Belgium. Is this what your company is labeled under and is located at????

Aw man, I'm sorry you had to go through all those troubles with trying to recharge. I hope that we get this resolved for you!

Please submit a ticket through Customer Service Ticketing system, as it requires information that can't be addressed in a public forum. I will close this topic and my colleagues will take care of the rest through that system.

Customer Service is located in the upper right corner of the game (browser or mini-client)--see screenshot below.

This will prompt a new window; then select "Recharge Problems" and create your ticket there.
