Kinkaku supposed to shield all Edo type as per description, but somehow Gengetsu didn't have shield on, my Edo Haku does.

Double check Gengetsu has Edo Status.

I was trying this arena and found out.

It says " Generates a shield to this unit and to "a Edo tensei type ninja" (singular noun). Meaning Kinkaku and one edo tensei unit.

it gives a shield to a random edo tensei unit, if you use 2 other edo tensei units only one of them will be shielded.

That's correct.

He only shields himself and another [Edo] Type ninja. Which means his interaction is working as intended.
