Hi..

Its been a while since I've been here but I wanted to add a thought of a character up. (Its not going to be too op I think)

Okay first off it incorporates a new idea I liked and its 3 types of seal (There is about only one in a million people who get one of these types of seal) Also Seals are not always positive, some can hinder ones fighting style severely and be quite negative.

Birth Seal: The person who has this seal (A female exclusive) the first 2 children they have will have slightly boosted stats and it may not sound like a lot (5%) but this increases all experience they gain. The second child's seal will be slightly weaker (4%) due to the seal weakening after child birth. These effects do not pass through generations (The 5% or 4% that the parent gets will not be passed on) and a third child will have negative boosts due to the seal being depleted and the body not coping with normal child-birth

Death Seal: Exactly what it sounds like. A seal that activates on ones death. These include:

Lock On Seal: The person who killed the seal will have their soul extracted and die immediately (Only one person, if there is multiple its who-ever did the most damage. If thats a tie, it is randomly generated)

Explosion Seal: When the user dies a 100 meter (cubed) explosion is instantly triggered, however there is nothing preventing the people from just setting up a trap, it will still trigger. It does not have to be a person

Finally there is the last type of seal: Unique Seal.

This is a type of seal that cannot be categorized by either of these. Some examples are:

blink Seal: The user's cost of the Flying Raijin jutsu is severely decreased, to a mere 10% of the original cost of Chakra however all other jutsu cost 5% more

Storm Seal: The damage caused my Lightning or Water jutsu is increased by 1% (Can be stacked with each other however is lost if a new chakra nature is added to the mix)

Patience Seal: The user recovers Sage Chakra 10% faster and with 10% more

In-Organic Seal (Exclusive to those that are of the Chino clan) : Blood based moves deal 25% more damage, however cost 10% more

Chakra Nature: Fire

Any Kekkai Genkai : No however he does posses the 'blink Seal'

Persona: A arrogant man, he does not like being commanded. His arrogance does lead to him under-estimating people, as he is also extremely ego-tistic.

Birthday: 22:41 19th July 1997 (Age 21)

Favorite Ninja Tools : A hammer, or just a basic Kunai
