ninjas in arena are ninjas with level 100 stats without any other boost but initiative.

There are ninjas that work way good in arena but horrible outside and viceversa.

All lvl 100 makes no sense when low level players don't have access to all the talents that are unlocked at higher levels and initiative stats have priority over ninjas positions. )= said

in ranked arena you can't meet anybody higher than 10 levels than you since 3.0
