I'm not aware of any problems with VISA/Mastercard. It can be problem with either your bank or your bank account. Do you have enough money ?

yes i do... but it says high risk thats what im wondering about ... not the payment failed issue

i would suggest contacting the bank. ive had payment issues before ( not from this game ) and turns out they just wanted to make sure its not a *ulent purchase, or it could be a typo in the card or security #.
