Hi there,

I have this problem too, when I was lost the connection. Try to login again in the game or restart you pc. Relog helped me.

Well i've opened the game from my PC and Laptop from the browser and the game client, relogged multiple times but still can't open it :/

I tried logging in again, tried it from the web browser too (chrome and edge too). nothing works. I have 2 accounts though, and on one i can open it no problem, the other one gives a system error.
