Using redemption points

Hi guys. I've been saving the points I got from arena, rank battle,.... I watched some videos on youtube and saw that in china version, they have scroll system where they can buy ninja frags with those points and also gain BP from that. So, should I use those points now to buy items that increase power( like refine runes, unbound runes,...) or continue saving until we get the scroll system? I would appreciate any reply.
