Sorry to hear about the freezing and loading issues! Try checking your internet connection + restart / refreshing your client or browser. If you continue to encounter these issues, please submit a ticket through Customer Service Ticketing system, as it requires information that can't be addressed in a public forum.

Customer Service is located in the upper right corner of the game (browser or mini-client)--see screenshot below.

This will prompt a new window; then select "Recharge Problems" and create your ticket there.
