With Edo Hashirama on the plate now, is it possible to add Itachi in events? I mean ... in redeem shops of events where you c*e coupons as well, For some crazy price like 800/frag of course, I would not expect less :D but to make him obtainable even for f2p/casual spenders. I collected like 40 frags so far and I really am not planning to use seal scrolls on old treasures when GNW treasure is up. I still wanna get Itachi somehow tho. I do not even see people who got him using him, because he just does not seem so great anymore compared to meta teams with deidara or hokage minato. I think it is the right time to allow even dedicated casual spenders and f2p to try and gather the remaining frags.
