If I remember correctly, they ended up changing the outfit for wind and water, I think it's because they weren't the original ones, so we got the original outfits nowadays.

Original as in the ones in the oldest server.

Oh, and Colin, as for fire main, I believe it wasn't shown in that event cycle.And it doesn't matter at this point anyways, it never underwent any changes.
