Since you need 45 points for 1 frag and you need 80 frags to recruit then the total is 3600. The minimal amount of points you can get per dice is 5 and each dice costs 20 coupons. This means the maximum amount of coupons needed would be 14,400. Keep in mind, sometimes you get free dice per day and by crossing the lucky board so that price will be lower.
