Sorry to say it, but there are no dream teams, Everything has counters and some teams have very less counters(metas). Some new ninjas have no counters since their counter ninja is yet to be released. So have a good set of teams and use them as per the opponent.

With your ninjas you have good options.

iruka, wb asuma/mifune, lightning main and danzo

roshi, kurotsuchi wb asuma/sage naruto and wind main

roshi, fuguki, water main sailor
