That's certainly true, however there is no way to get Hokage Minato without special event, while you c*ways farm the fragments for Jonin Minato.

hokage just dont chase seems to be the main reason people dont like him

but, differently from jonin, hokage is SURE To get a boost and if is together with a ninja that's able to grant two standard per round is sure to get two of them every round. Jonin if is in front of an evading ninja or if is paralysed don't get any boost.

So the main confrontation is between the fact jonin can mystery every round after a while while hokage boosts resistance and his mystery is way stronger on par boost, but is just once every two rounds but hits everybody if you target a tagged ninja/clone.

Personally speaking i think Hokage Minato currently is 20 times better than Jonin.

they fill different roles in a team, using the exact same team comp for jonin minato and hokage minato is never going to work out well....

both of them are awsome. but as Akidonoki said, they are filling up different roles.

You need to consider that in this patch Hokage minato was buffed, so it's normal that he is better than jonin. Jonin minato's time to shine will be once we get bond ninjas, when his bond mystery will be one of the best 1v1 skill.

Both is good . In future we will get the bond for jonin and for HK minato he will get Skill book for his resis that last for 10 round ( can't be remove ), well IMHO even jonin get that HK minato way better .

so why does jonin get a bond mystery and not hokage ? they are the same character so why are the bonds different

Hokage minato got buffed pretty hard.

He is stronger than Jonin minato currently but Jonin Minato fits into alot more team comps and way more versatile than Hokage,

The bond mystery is with kakashy boy and obito boy. Maybe in future we will get some bond for minato hokage with others hokages like in the ninja storm series.

but why doesnt hokage minato get the same bond he is the same guy so his bonds in the show didnt change he still has those bonds with kakashi and obito even when he comes back to life in the gnw :s

When i fight people with hokage minato while im using jonin or when im using hokage minato,minato would drop their life to like almost half and jonin minato wouldn't even do that much damage.The only thing i dont like about hokage minato is that you have to target a tagged unit to do the real good damage like you want.Jonin doesn't require you to tag someone.I use both against certain teams but hokage always seems to do better...plus he has that +40 resistance passive.

It's a pretty solid line up. I've been using it since...maybe a week or so pre-4.0, it's a fun lineup, mainly because Kage Minato's a fun ninja to use.
