Are the customer support team members also on holiday? I have a recharge problem and its almost 3 days now and nobody has responded the my ticket.

Please don't tell me you let your customer support all go on holidays at once because that's not good! Not good because players spending money will think twice before doing so which ultimately will reflect on you.
