I have a recharge problem and its almost 3 days now and nobody has responded the my ticket. Please don't tell me you let your customer support all go on holidays at once because that's not good! Not good because players spending money will think twice before doing so which ultimately will reflect on you. Reply

You may want to go to the Discord and discuss the issue there.

One of my threads was unanswered for a week; I went on the Discord and had a quick discussion with one of the mods, who quickly addressed my thread.

There are alternative ways to contact us, Discord, CS System. etc.

Hopefully, in the future, we can answer faster! However within the holidays, generally will be slower.
