So before I get too deep into this line up I'm about to share, yes I know a lot of people already know about Fuguki's and Roshi's synergy in getting Roshi's Chase 30 combo chase off. However this is hopefully something different than what most people would run with these 2 ninjas. Also I'm going to throw in lots of screen shots so everyone can read what each ninja does.
So every time Fuguki takes any kind of damage her mystery cooldown is reduced by 1. Her mystery costs 0 Chakra and has a 4 round CD, except if she is attacked a lot. In which case it is possible to get her mystery off every round. She also takes less damage the lower her HP much like that of Hinata. She deals 8 combos to all your opponent's ninjas which is at least 32 hit combo, if no ninjas dodge. Which would Trigger Roshi's Chase to ignite 4 enemies. Then Kabuto comes in attacking 4 of the opponent's ninjas and making them suffer poison.
So combine this with the water main, in round 1, you'll have 2 stacks of poison and 1 stack of ignite and of course Tag with Fuguki's normal chase which reduces defense and resistance by 30% for 2 rounds.
This is the gist of the idea of the team. But let's talk about the Water Main for this line up.
Water Main has a talent that was reworked and it is now Nature Energy gather, which recovers 30 chakra and gains 15% ninjutsu every time a unit dies up to 2x a round. So in a longer fight, the water main's heals will get bigger and bigger the more units that die.
This talent works really well when Fuguki dies and when Kabuto's dead clones also die. Kabuto also gives 10 chakra and recovers 10% life up to 6 times in a round. So obviously a lot of chakra, but his survival ability makes up for it. Sadly we don't use that much chakra a with this team. So a lot of it is wasted.
So your team is going to look like
Snake Cloak Kabuto x Fuguki
Water Main x Roshi
x x x
Talents: Regenerative Healing, Healing Jutsu, Water Style - Water Shark Bomb Jutsu, Nature Energy Gathering, Poison Tai.
Summon: Really any chase 10 summon which can be Crab, KoH, Chameleon, Tonton. Or anything that chases High Float, perferably 8 span bird.
I have only tested this team in arena, and it seems to have worked, I won 4/4 Ranked Arena battles with this team. But is Snake Cloak Kabuto dies, then the team will end up falling apart for the most part. Just for how important he is to keep your Fuguki mystery going.

Fuguki is like a machine gun-tank ninja that can release its mystery every round depending on the hits he recieves. You can replace Kabuto with sailor sakura for more poison stacks or Skill broken Kurenai for the cc variation.

You could swap it with Sailor Sakura, which is what the standard team surrounding this were. But when Fuguki dies then the team seems to fall apart in my experience.
Jigokudo could also work if you rather use a 3 Star Ninja since he heals 2 ninjas. But his CD doesn't reduce :D
Kurenai can make fuguki buffer which is rather awesome! (And of course use Chaos!)

Use WATER ENHANCEMENT, that is a blitz team!! If your enemy is not half dead at the end or round 2 it's useless and 40% boost to kabuto chase and to Fuguki is WAY better than Nature Energy Gather that boosts only your main.
P.S. As any other boost to ninjutsu, Healings don't get boosted at all by Nature Energy Gathering. Try it and you'll see.

no, healings don't get boosted at all by nature energy gather.
I tried a ton that new talent since i use Ay 3rd, darui, samui, with azure fang as an expendable team in matsuri and my standard attack healing (Healing Jutsu) doesn't change at all regardless the number of killed enemies.
PROOF:
if worked as you said it should have healed 1274 since i killed naruto clone in round 1 and i killed sb and the clone in round 2, but still healed 879, the magic number every AF knows in arena (healing jutsu heals 18.1% of your ninjutsu).
