Its fixed somehow. The only exception is Edo Tensei treasure since the rares there are only 2 stars. otherwise its around 60 pulls to get a rare from the other treasures

It is 60 pulls on almost every treasure except on the edo tensei treasure i think its 40 on there. For the rest 60 pulls is mostly the point where you get a rare

I'v got rare on 80 :P

I got a rare on cloud treasure on 40, pulled Samui. Then at 100 pulls pulled Samui again.

For Jinchuriki, I pulled Han at less than 200 since I only pulled Fu 2x.

So IT IS POSSIBLE to pull a rare sooner but it still look like it's unlikely .

Now i got another question about the rare pull :Does all rare have the same %age to drop or is there some rare "rarer"then the others (im speaking from the same tier not like rare compared to super rare obviously) ?

It depends on the Treasure where you pull bro, Lightning Treasure, Jinchuriki 1 and 2 have the same number of pulls for their super rares, 200 to 210 just like what others are saying .. I recently got Samui, by only using 10 scrolls and now i already spent 40scrolls in lightning and i haven't got any rares again since samui, i got some commons in my 20th which is Kakashi beheading and in my 40th scroll which is GNW tenten.. But for the Five Kage Treasure, that's where you can get rare for every 60 to 70 scrolls you use, i for example got kazekage gaara on my 70th pull in kage treasure, then another 60 to get chojuro and so on and so forth ..

The mods have said you could get a shower rare in your first 10 pull but take that with a grain of salt

sometimes i got a rare after a rare .

i got rasa on a free draw. not sure if i was drawing in that event at the time

Each rare has the same chance as the other to be pulled.

So in the case of Cloud Treasure you have a 50% chance of getting Omoi or Samui.

Then when you are about to pull your 2nd rare, you still have a 50% chance of Omoi or Samui.

It seemed like everyone got their first rare out of cloud on my server at 30 seals. Then it was about 60 after that.

Yeah bro, just like what others are saying .. You can get 3 omoi or 3 samui, 2omoi and 1 samui or 2 samui and 1 omoi before getting big-daddy raikage ..

i got at least 3 times rares at 30-40 in kage treasure and is the reason why i still miss onoki and danzo :-(

And except new GNW treasure which has rare every 70th pull.

gnw is the same as kage.

I forgot to comment on this, on my alt I spent all seal scrolls on Edo, I would get a rare every 20-30 pulls. And their super rares are at about 110 from what I hear, but I didn't count that since I rarely pulled in Edo Treasure so didn't keep count. (Be like once a month if that sometimes multiple times in a month) Ended up with both super rares though with a Super Rare on a free pull after already having a super rare from the previous day.

I got Shurado with 10 scrolls. Idk how and why but i got him o.o

No its not.. check on youtube when someone doin 2000 pulls and also i did 270 pulls already and still got only 3 rares.

I pulled Ay 3rd at about 160 scrolls from lightning treasure i also pulled Omoi at around 10-20 scrolls
