It depends. It takes around 210-230 scrolls to pull the super rare out of Lightning treasure. Do you want the welfare prizes plus multiple copies of Samui/Omoi or do you want to pull GNW and get all those new ninja?

OHHH thanks for telling me this )_) i wanted gnw treasure and just thougth the event was called land of lightning didnt think about it just being for the lightning treasure :P good thing i waited for you to respond :D thanks man you save me

Do not pull on this.

Wait for Rebate that includes GNW treasure if you want GNW treasure. THat rebate normally will give you 60seal scrolls(limited) for pulling 300 times.
