I am not sure how this event works. Did you get those level 3 or 4 directly or did you level it up using smaller level magatamas. Maybe you need to manually level up the magatamas for it to be considered. Just try splitting up your present magatamas and beset it and level up to four. That might work. Did you ask whether your server mates are having the same problem? Just try that too.
