No, since omoi gives root of warrior every two rounds azure fang is better since adds poison, chaos and healings (maybe you are not aware about the fact af is a swordbearer too). Or, if used on the damage dealing version, due to pb sasuke boost she is way better than mb if uses experimental ninjutsu, nature gathering/water enhancement and skewering or shark bomb.
