Any time someone I want to fight is doing their own battle anywhere I cant fight them for that time? Some explanation on what this is would be appreciated, thanks all. Reply

You can't attack a player in ranked if they're currently battling someone else in ranked battle. All you need to do is wait for them to finish.

There are people that abuse of this in ranked and spacetime to not be kicked down too.

So I tried this with a group mate, and it never showed the "cant fight" message. My group mate went into a ranked battle and I could still challenge him, he did some instances and battle with other players and I could also still battle him without any problems during his fight. Even when he did sage worlds and I missed register time I could still ranked challenge him during his fights. Im not sure if I understand this wrong or not but I was still able to challenge in ranked regardless of him being in a fight or not.
