That Seal Treasure for newcomers with high chances to recruit its totally bugged.

I got 10 runs on it and I dont have any recruitment, only magatamas Lv.1 or substitution pile.

If its not a BUG its a total joke.

  • You need 20 for a guaranteed rare, which you haven't done so 10 more free pulls and you should be able to get a rare

But I think its too expensive (20 seal scrolls) for a basic ninja reward
