That Seal Treasure for newcomers with high chances to recruit its totally bugged.

I got 10 runs on it and I dont have any recruitment, only magatamas Lv.1 or substitution pile.

If its not a BUG its a total joke.

You need 20 for a guaranteed rare, which you haven't done so 10 more free pulls and you should be able to get a rare

But I think its too expensive (20 seal scrolls) for a basic ninja reward

Keep in mind, this is geared towards new players since this is their 1st treasure even though all players will have access to this guaranteed rare at their 20th free pull.
