increase ninjutsu every time a unit dies in the field, what field? my field, the enemy or both? Does it count clones and puppets as units?
Orochimaru's passive also changed and appears to be relatively the same.

hard to say, this skill has always been badly translated. But for sure ninja killed both on your side and on enemy side increase it, about clones/summons i have no idea, but for example ninjas like dbp hidan or yugito nii that resurrect boost you every time they die and resurrect.
