Yes ,Clothing bonuses stack ,

if you have 2 different clothing,

stats from both will apply to all your ninjas

No every one of them add to your power. All clothing attributes add up regardless of whether you are using one or not.

You can try changing clothing but your power will remain same. If they are based on individual cloth, since each cloth provide different attribute, the power would be changing.
