I just notice the Ninja Monkey summon have a new function 'New Summon Function'. What does this function do?

I think maybe you c*e contracting scroll with it now..NOT SURE

I remember someone said that, we can now summon virtually in world maps the ninja monkey, but it will cost it about 10 contracting scrolls tho i never encounter someone in game summoning the monkey in the game so, not sure.
