So as the tittle says... how does group activity work now with 4.0 ? Since 4.0 came the group activity has dropped a ton to near 200 and the group is doing the same things we were doing at 3.0, yes we are a small group with 15 people active and like 7 very active (we do everything everyday) but we have manage to stay on the top of the server and we haven't had any trouble with activity rate till 4.0, has anything changed?

Thing is, the server is pretty dead and there is only one other group but with less people doing stuff, probably only 2 do the max events daily, and they have more activity th*, so... how is it even possible?

Hi! From my knowledge, activity is based on the activity points which can be found in Daily Practice. The criteria is a little different so if players are doing the same things they did before, they will be obtaining less Activity points. Multiple activities every day that gives you Activity Points.

So from Daily Practice, i'm pretty sure at least 7 of the group (we are 15 as i said) are doing the whole daily activities and daily events also and that's what i meant by doing the same things, like there is nothing more to do to actually gain anything. If they lowered the points each playe gets it *s for small groups or dead servers like ours because we literally have nothing more to do to gain points and we are falling to the -200, what is strange is that the other group deff doesnt do more stuff th* and they are less active (i have no doubt about this two) and got more points there, and yes we have tried donating max everyday and does not increase points (for the ones saying this would).

We are actually worried about it bcs we don't know what to do, as i said we literally do everything everyday (most of us) as it is kinda a new server (2 and a half months), literally the top10 players of the server are in the group in power and xp.

Hi there! Are you talking about the Last 3-Day Activity Rate Points, which is needed to be at 200+ to be able to join GNWs? .. From what i understand, each member can only contribute a total of 6 maximum points per day from doing and claiming their Daily Missions/Activities which is now, the Frogs in the Daily Practice : (Other things in the game doesn't count for this points, max contribution doesn't affect the numbers too)

grr

So, lets assume that the count starts on sunday (3-days after saturday GNW, sun/mon/tue before wed GNW). 200 points is needed to register, divide it to 6 = 33 divide it to 3 = 11 .. so it means, 11 members are needed to contribute 6 points to produce 200 points within the 3 days after the SatGNW for your group to complete the 200 points requirement.

NOTE: This is only my opinion and calculations so, if im wrong about something. feel free to correct it so i will know what is right too. thanks!

thank you for that! Looks like thats how they do it, so its barely impossible to have a small group.

Something is indeed weird there.

My group goes from 500+ to 270 within 4-5 days, the same happens to the other top 3 groups in my server. The span is too wide in comparison with how used to be to not be bugged.

My group have 20 full active people and about 10-15 more people that does some activity every 2-3 days.

The numbers we are gaining make no sense.

I opened a ticket in the bugs and support section but i got no reply by tobei.

That's something we have also being having issues with but first we wanted to know what exactly gives points, it changes 2 much depending of the days & we don't do anything different. I still think they messed something and/or made it very difficult for small groups to be able to survive in the game which doesn't make any sense with servers being dead when they reach the 2-3 months of age.

@†Zync† its 200 pretty sure.

@narutoman

Why being salty. Jib's answer is accurate; the daily activities are different post 4.0. still, you need to finish them to get the needed group points 6 per player per day. He just didn't provide details on how the points are counted since the calculation method is the same as it was before 4.0. The only difference as he said are the missions of daily activities.

Also, your comments didn't add any values to the post; you are just tr@sh talking specific person which is meaningless. Even my comment is useless but we shouldn't tolerate this attitude in the community forum for a game that should be fun not stimulated by hate speeches.

Glad someone has been posting about this as my concern is that not enough people know (props to QV for doing some heavy-lifting). Some of the changes I noticed is that plot/elite instance don't count towards group activity points anymore. We recently had a scare when we noticed we were going to be a few points shy of being eligible for GNW's required 200 minimum activity points during a rolling 3 day period. It's a matter of educating your members of what counts and doesn't count. Thought I'd share what my group and I found through trial and error and testing so far in 4.0:

1. Each member can contribute a maximum of 6 daily activity points. It caps out at 6 and each individual member can't contribute any more than that.

2. Only Daily Practice activity count as points. For example you login/sign-in, that's 1 point. You do your ninja exams, thats another 1 point. You do your survival trial, 1 point. You do 2 of the arena missions, 1 point. You do the 5 wanted missions, another 1 point. You chill in the bath tub for 2 hours, another 1 point. Now you have 6 points. Other things like completing SA once and doing ninja test also provide 1 point each.

3. None of the timed events count as activity points. Team Instance, Convoy/Plunder, 9 Tails, Fighting Matsui, Sage Wars, don't count toward the daily 6 points. They will count toward the frogs below but do not count toward the 6 activity points that go towards your group's required 200 activity points in the rolling 3 day cycle.

4. QV appreciate you getting started on the math but 11 people will still be a little shy of the needed 200 points. 11 people x 6 points = 66 points. 66 points in a rolling 3 day (66*3) is 198 poiints which is just shy of 200. You'll need 12 active members. The 12th member just needs to contribute 2 of the possile 18 (3*6) points he/she can contribute during the 3 day window.

Being that it's holiday season it's understandable that activity in the game may decline temporarily but as you educate more members of the recent changes, hopefully you'll notice activity increase.

Hi there! I'm back here again :D

@narutoman______ - Thanks for the compliment bro but you shouldn't be like that to our moderators, Jibu is one of my favorite Moderators here, he's polite and entertaining. Yes, he gave not enough information about the topic but he still have wide knowledge about the game. I do also made a mistake in the past giving wrong information and i admit that mistake. we're all humans tend to do mistakes once for a while .

@Miru Chan - Yes bro! xD hahahaha .. Actually to be safe and have not worry about the registrations, you must have atleast 12 members that do their Daily Practices everyday for 3 days. But another problem with this claiming the points is the, other members tend to not claim their Daily Practices because they're Freezing Levels. My group experienced it last time, we have enough members to get 200+ points but we reached tuesday with only less that 190 points, to be able to cope up with gaining points, i talked to some of my servermates and joined other extra accounts and contribute points to my group and gladly we reached 200+ after the 05:00 servertime refresh on Wednesday. After successfully registering our group, i made a Group Message and explained all things regarding the group points to register in GNW, and that's when some of my members PM-ed me about what they're doing and they're being sorry for giving a problem, from that point, that issue never happened again and we're now managing to register GNW before the Wed GNWs.

Note : It's Qv here, forgot to go back to my main account to reply xD hahaha ..

For folks that are level-freezing, I recommend the following:

1. Daily Sign-In

2. Participate in Arena (we get 2 daily arena missions)

3. Get Resource from Rich Field

4. Survival Trial

5. Relax in Hot Springs

6. Strong Approach (just do 1 of the easy ones after you finished your 7 for the week)

This would give you the 6 activity points without xp. But remember you will gain xp if you claim any frogs below. Another thought is you c*so sub out Arena for the ninja exams if you're sorta in a hurry and not looking to #$%! your head trying to get a win with the required composition. Yeah you gain xp but it's a pimple and the magatamas add up.

I suppose not many people read this:

https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-27070-1.html

it's the thread garv opened in bug section. I suggest to take a look at the two screenshots of activity rate and i can confirm something like that happens with a similar rate also in my group since 4.0.

They should really consider in explaining it like this ingame or at least pin a forum post with that info. Anyway i still consider this is going backwards with the game and not considering small groups to actually exist, which is something that every non-merged server has.
