Lightning main, Ningendo, Darui and Chojuro.

I used that team for a while, it was quite good actually. There are a few variatons, depending on what play style u want with it:

Ningendo - LM - x

Darui - Chojuro - x

x - x - x

3-1-4-3-3 and Serpent (goes great with Ghost Kill tactics)

or

x - x - x

LM - x - x

Ningendo - Darui - Chojuro (was good for Arena on 1.0 and 2.0)

1-3-4-3-1 and Serpent

Edit: Im not sure if u asked about team with ur ninjas there, or overall. With that what i saw up there, u can even try implementing kurenai to your team with fire main, and u could use barrier ninja that benefits fire main, like for example, Anko.
