These 3 are best teams i see without using dupe ninjas,first 2 are still kinda meta, they are good vs immortal teams and last one is good if you have Neji skillbooks.

First team that Dym posted would likely be your best bet. But Matsuri is horribly designed im at 66k power and it constanly matches me with people with 100k+ power the event needs to be scrapped. Even if i lose i often get matched against peopl ewith 20k more power than me. Its almost imposible most times to complete the event. Its really bad design to have an event that caters to less than 2% of the game population while throwing the rest in the dumpster.
