Yes, you will get him around your 200-210th draw. Free draws or scrolls draws are the same for it.

you can get him with free draws...free draws= normal draw with scrolls.....but the time factor is there...you will get 15 draws in a month roughly...you need around 210...so thats around 14 months..Since gnw treasure is up, its good to put in it and get the new ninjas and roshi would happen one day.

i wanna get roshi so faster i have done 70 draws in roshi treasure and i think like 100 free draws :D and i think im gonna get him fast, so what do u guy think, will i get him fast ?

Its depend your line up. I think my blitz team don't have problem, and Roshi not top important for mine, so i just hope get him one day. Now i have 115 scrolls and i save it for GNW

i use hinata gnw,sasuke,mifune,lighting main and yesterday i did again 10 draws and i didnt get roshi :D i have done 80 draws and 100 free draws :D, so i just wanna know when will i get him.

Hello, ofc you can get Roshi with Free draws, you can get every ninja in every treasure with free draws except the hyper rares such as Itachi Susanoo, Sage Hashirama. Those 2 can only get fragments from them, with free draw as well.

Hi there! I got my Roshi from free draw last saturday. I was always using my scrolls in Jinchuuriki I treasure and i was going to use 20scrolls more last saturday after the GNW, but before using scrolls, i used my free draws first and tadaaaaaaaaa .. Imagine my surprise when i pulled roshi using free draw :D thus making me to use my scrolls in other treasure :D

That's not true. Well it's true that Roshi comes at 210 scrolls but it's not true that you need 210 free draws.
Only the 3 star ninjas count.
1 3 star ninja is the same amount than 1 x 10 draw.
