You posted a team and only thing that catches my eye is the third and second bookmark.
Seems like a healing variation. Does moving the entire setup to the left help, puttin sakura at the centre to take more damage for her scaling to work. OR put sakura one step behind so she does her standard last and poisons at the last moment.
I have seen two variations of this..One with normal gaara instead of kimimaro. That teams is a good counter to mabui tenten team, and works decently since gaara protects jonin from repulse and wasting dodge.
One other variation was with kurenai instead of kimimaro...where sakura was protecting jonin minato. That team could give some challenge to han-roshi cancer if used correctly.

Not sure why you're using Monkey King, Gamaken would be way better. You want to be able to get both rasengan's off, or else youre not using Minato to his full potential.
You also lack control, so I'd recommend using Neurotoxin and Chakra Dissection blade as well. You'll still have a lot of healing without healing tips.

My team is Jounin Minato, Mask Man, Kurenai, and Fire Main. Not fully breakthrough kurenai. Yes its a sitting duck to any poison or ignition team, but I regular beat people stronger than me especially when you are able to cause chaos. Still Roshi alone murders the team which is an unfortunate weakness that im willing to accept. With the golden rhino.

Im using the water trumpet chase rather than the chakra dissection blade because its the only thing that makes my team chase right,and im using monkey king because it allows my team to combo with minato and kimimaro equally.If i use chakra dissection blade and gamaken,it wont chase right with kimimaro,just him and sakura will chase and thats it.Gamaken is worse.

Yeah,when i get masked man,i'll either get lucky in an event or get frags for him over time.Im going for the anbu armor right now after that,im going for everything else.Just straight power until i hit atleast 85k power.
