I'm not too sure if this is a bug or just a poor translation, but Daily Practice clearly says: "Players level 80 or who activated a Jonin Medal can immediately claim rewards."

I'm level 92 and it doesn't work. Could someone please clarify?

It's a description error.

Should be achievable for Level 80+ Jonin Medal Holders only
