Hi,

I have a problem with the gnw treasure. I draw GNW Treasure 80 times having 110 scrolls, and when I spend 80 scrolls lag hit me and got some error code from the game. I can't do nothing and need to reloading the game. When I log in again my 20 scrolls was missing. I'm only left with 10 scrolls. Can someone help me? Can I somehow get them back?!

US S2 Server - Naho.

My best advice would be to check your characters.

However, if you felt something is missing.

Then please contact our Customer Service through the client or browser. Create a ticket explaining the situation and provide screenshots to the best of your ability.

They'll review your account and determine if a bug occurred.


Hopefully, you get your character!
