So with 4.0 some new things happened including the effect on convoy and plunder whereby you need a permit to take on one SS of either convoy or plunder. So the reason I'm here now is just to ask if anyone ever gets any of these permits when they convoy or plunder SS because so far personally the only ones I've ever had were on the first day of 4.0 and for the majority that I've asked have said that they've never if ever got any of these permits so I just want to ask if there really is a chance of getting them or are we just wasting our time with S convoys and plunders. Lastly this isn't supposed to be hate directed anywhere just a general discussion by a player about a game. Thanks, hope to see your replies.

Jib Edit: From my knowledge, plunder permits can only be obtained from non SS plunders, so S and A plunders give a chance at obtaining permits. This is the same for convoy permits, it can be obtained from non SS convoys. They are rare but can be found. I have edited your title as all Capitals is not recommended on the forum.
