That's heavily Rng though. The chances of getting masked man from the wheel for a pretty low amount of coupons/ingots Is rare. You can spend more the amount mask man will cost and not get him. Better to get him from Fateful Choice.

That's the worst way to do it from personal experience, but that's cause I had * luck.

The cheapest would be lucky * if you are really lucky lol. If not then Fateful choice has been the cheapest, but as time goes on he might show up in other events for cheaper.

Cheapest way is fatefull choice with about 9-10k coupons you can get him but if you get him from lucky dice for around 11k-12k you get better rewards seeing you get mm + the rewards from the mission box and from the board itself
