1＃ Go ToHi,
I wanted to finally get an answer if having *ternative account on the same server as your main and playing it at the same time with your main, but not benefiting your main in any matter whatsoever, is against the rules of Naruto online or not?
why I ask this, is because we had a discussion with some people from my group and I would like to know.
I researched for the answer at first myself, however, all I found was contradictions:So, it begs a question, who is right and who is wrong, please moderators make up your minds I want to know! thanks!

Majority of the cases of using multiple accounts is using them for plunder purposes. It's a clear concensus between mods that they have said it's bannable.
However, there are cases some mods have said it's okay in certains situations. For example, before cross server sage, there needs to be a certain amount of people signed up or sage would not work for the day. Using many accs just to sign up so sage works not only benefits you but everyone else who is signing up in a low populated sever. This also can be applied to the activity rate requirement for gnw if there's like two guilds in a server. This seems like a solution for those asking for merges since merge don't happen frequently.

What about if someone teams up with their alt account to do TIs/wanteds/SA etc. That is benefiting your main account. Lots of people on our server have 1 or 2 alts and always team with them to do things and are basically just playing single player Naruto Online.

The reason why alternative accounts on the same server is frowned upon is because they are normally used to benefit the main account. However, having *ternate account is not a bannable offense, it is abusing it to benefit your main account that is bannable. It is not the act of having *ternative account, but the intentions behind it that results in potential consequences.
Terribly sorry for the confusion and I hope that clears things up.
