Always use the primary attributes first (Life / Attack / Defense / Ninjutsu / Resistance) its better to replace than attribute with resistance or defense

where did you get that +4? was from an old, pre 3.0, pre UT/charms introduction tool or did you get it from a current tool?

Anyways yes is indeed worth it if are +4.

+4 beats secondary stats and also resistance, +2 no.
