I've got 80 Hokage Minato fragments just sitting around in my inventory. They've been around for a few months. I've been hesitant to recruit him just by nature.


Is there any advantage to waiting, or should I just cash in the fragments now?

I don't see why not. You can't get him in treasures so you don't have to worry about the loss of frags if you pull him if you already have him.
