If you own initiative you just need to prevent mabui casting or to steal chakra.

If you don't own initiative you need or to acupuncture/interrupt tenten gnw or to immobile mabui.

Hello , if you have control teams you can win them easily. For example with Masked Man and Jonin Minato they will die, but if you don't have maybe Lightning main blitz team if you have the initiative you win most likely ( and the barrier).

lightning blitz - usually they just heal themselves back and i lose

tenten's mystery happens almost in an instance

sometimes by mere luck if i manage to interrupt tenten then i win

but theres no guarantee

and again theres no guarantee hinata will accupuncture tenten cause her std attack is random

Just use normal gaara. he steals barrier and prevents a lot of damage + poisoning from mei. if you have gakido and wind main, then you can prevent wind main getting controlled in second round(or flower guard). Then use chakra drain to get enough chakra for gaara mysterys, if sage naruto/ minato is there you win even with less initiative. You have to steal barrier or control mabui. I use that team, and that team can get owned in 100s of different manner. Lightning blitz(wb asuma, danzo, iruka team) would also work if you have intiative and llight main is facing mabui.

I have been using the water "cancer" team and although it gets me some wins from higher pwr ppl, it still has many flaws.

1. Initiative is honestly the most important stat in the game and if you win in init you most likely win the match by having your passive barrier up over theirs or interrupting mysteries that they use. If you don't have more, well tough luck becuz even if they didn't run this lineup they can prob still beat you.

2. Fire main itself is an amazing counter to this lineup. If you are using the immobile mystery, u can just prevent mabui from doing anything round 1 or round 2 (ur choice, u can immobile after mabui uses standard). Fire main also has genjutsu mirror and most tenten mabui lineups use the clone and the first debuff usually started from their combos is the immobile from mei and getting that reflected really hurts the team. Since kurenai and kakashi beheading sword also has these and are easy to get, they are pretty good counter too.

3. Since this team doesn't have an acu/interrupt round one, you can take the barrier which is a lot of the dmg. However, this won't guarantee you the win becuz the team itself still does a lot of dmg if you can't prevent one or more ninjas from using mysteries.

4. Chakra stealers are useful such as kisame and can prevent units like mei to go off second round.

5. Units that remove buffs and shield can be very useful in reducing the dmg and tankiness of this team. Han is very strong for example.

people still complaining about this team and its not even good anymore lol

Oh it's good alright, now that water main got the AOE crit chaos build that synergises with 1010 crit buffs too and water main can remove ALL debuffs 2 times now So ignition doesn't work, but the team is still beatable you just need super rares and event only ninjas to do it lmao.

The current team can be made also with experimental ninjutsu and skewering instead of regenerative healing jutsu and clone, against current lineups works better, but in that case you need to put tenten as the sacrifice stock since in this case she is there as a bait more than as *eful ninja and you need to put main in move 2. You c*so run the shark bomb version with neurotoxin to be the king of troll team, but could be counterproductive against sbs.
