Yes. You'll have a chance of obtaining a "plunder permit" by plundering S or A convoys.
(i just call it plunder permits, but anyway, regardless of its name, it lets you plunder another SS convoy for free).

that would be great if we are able to see if we got those plunder permit
you can see the convoy and permit tickets in your inventory and also it appears along with the rewards of convoy/plunder.

can we see those plunder limit in your inventory ?
yeah it's like a white card, seal looking. It said Plunder Permit.
But srsly who is going to plunder S for low chance of plunder permit.
I had convoy permit last night from doing S convoy. So i did 2 SS in one night lucky me.
