It is known that if you don't have any frags of certain event ninja, they won't show up on the ninja list.

He doesnt seem to have susanoo ssasuke and hinata gnw frags, but they still show up. All ninjas irrespective of whether you have their frag or not is visible in ninja tab.

and I said event, which susanoo is not.

And no, not all, some event ninja don't.

This weird problem have been around for almost a year now. I think it first came to be when they were consider pulling those ninja off market due to copyright reasons. That sort of went away but this remained. On a side note, those ninja are going to receive a name and model change in the future, which they already did in the CN servers, for the aforementioned copy right reasons.

A ninja that's not in any elite instance, treasure or exchange shop and can only be gotten through event. Such as playboy sasuke, tobirama, death possession hidan.
