Well you should recruit all of them coz its free so no reason to keep them non recruited.
Every ninjas is unique so some of them must fit you formation

i woldnt focus too much on other teams, since team 7 can get you far as it is but haku/temari and kakuro are great picks

If you can get the ino shika cho to level 2 that will be good with lightning

hinata will fit instead of choju if you have her level 2 but choji will be better as he is a tank :D

but team 7 i very good at first till you get the second star for the others
