I would like to suggest to give the leader of a group the ability to rename the group "for free" "once". Or at least reduced the cost of the Group rename item from the shop (1225 coupons??!! wow) or maybe a discount for buying it for the first time.. I think Group renaming is every leader's problem especially those who inherited the group from someone and didn't liked the name of the group. At least by making a discount or by reducing the cost of that item from the shop, it will be bought more compared right now (i don't think players are willing to spend 1225 coupons for that). You might say "It is just a name so why bother if you don't want to spend 1225 coupons and it does not affect anything", i'll asked "then what's the bother of reducing the cost or giving discount if it does not affect anything.. i think it will help those leaders that have problems like this".
