Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide screenshots and reporting the issue. Can you by chance report it directly to Customer Service, they can be found here. They will be able to troubleshoot the problem with you to work on a solution. Another solution I always like to try first is to try installing the older client and see if it resolves your issue. You can find the older client here.
